Silver (0.935) lever set half hunter pocket watch to celebrate the Coronation of George V in 1911, with a Chronometer Prima 15 jewel movement, with compensated balance and regulator, hinged cuvette with portrait of Princess Mary of Teck, silvered dial embossed with the Royal Coat of Arms and signed 'Chronometer Prima', with Roman numerals, minute track and subsidiary seconds, blued steel hands, the front cover with Roman numeral chapter and embossed decoration, inscribed 'Souvenir of the Coronation of George V 1911', the case back with embossed portrait of George V, with inscription 'Our Sailor King : H.M. King George V.', 52mm, Movement - currently functioning. Dial - good. Glass - no inner glass, outer glass with surface scratches. Hands - light surface marks, lacking subsidiary hand. Case - general surface marks and some tarnishing but appears overall good, the case front hinge with slight bend so front cover slightly off centre when open. Crown - adjusting correctly.
