D-series from 1980. The watch was in the Audemars Piguet headquarters in October 2021 and had a complete overhaul. The original dark blue dial with 18K white gold indices and the hands made of 18K white gold were replaced and the case and strap were refurbished by a polisher. The bracelet has minimal loss of tension. The winding crown has also been replaced and does not bear the AP logo. Manufacture automatic movement, caliber 2121, 36 jewels. The watch is in excellent condition, for collectors or as an investment piece. With certificate of authenticity from the Audemars Piguet manufacture, just as the watch was handed over to the concessionaire when it was delivered in 1980. The watch is still in the sealed Audemars Piguet service box. A copy of the service invoice is enclosed. The last three pictures show the good condition before the manufacturer's revision.
