An exceedingly rare and fine watch from the late 1940s early 50s by Audemars Piguet featuring flexible lugs on the case, sharp conditions and still accompanied by it’s original box and gold buckle! The 18k gold case measuring 28 x 37 long is in sharp conditions retaining a deep and sharp hallmark on the side, crisp metal finish and fully flexible lugs. The dial with applied gold indices and arabic numerals is in overall good conditions, some discoloration is visible on the background, still beautiful!!!! The manual wind AP movement is winding smooth and running fine. On lizard skin strap and it’s original 18k buckle. Accompanied by it’s original AP red leather fitted box. A stunning vintage piece for the serious collector!!
