The 39mm diameter solid three-body case, stepped rounded bezel, coin-edged band, and straight lugs with gold screwed bars are polished. The winding crown at 2 o'clock also sets the alarm, and the crown at 4 adjusts the second time zone. The dial is an elaborate silver engine-turned guilloche with painted black radial Roman numerals on a plain reserve, and blued Breguet hands. The secret Breguet signature is between IIII and V, and there is a date aperture window at 6 o'clock, as well as an automatic small seconds arc. There is a 24-hour subsidiary dial at 9 o'clock for the second time zone, and the alarm time register is at 3 o'clock. An arched dial for the 45-hour power reserve is between 10 and 12 o'clock.
