A vintage Cartier Baignoire in 18k yellow gold, crafted during the 1970s. A wonderful design with an attractive smooth oval case measuring 20 mm across and specially houses a backwind crown for setting the hand wound movement. Features the classic off-white dial, black Roman numerals, blued steel hands, Paris below the 6 o’clock. Fitted with its original black crocodile strap and 18k deployment clasp containing 18k French stamps. This earlier version of the popular Baignoire is quite rare and is in beautiful condition, would suit most occasions. Minimal scratches. 10 mm thick case. Cartier cal. 430, highly jeweled back wind setting. Serial# 0332xx Movement# 633xx Sapphire crystal. Cartier black crocodile strap measures 10 mm wide, appears unworn. Fits 6 inches or 15 cm, approximately. Cartier 18k deployment clasp with French hallmarks. Modeled on 6 inch wrist.
