A vintage Cartier Pasha de Cartier rose gold wristwatch with diamond-set dial and automatic movement. The watch features a 42-millimetre 18 carat rose gold case and white alligator leather strap. The watch has a bezel set with 44 brilliant round-cut diamonds with a mother of pearl dial featuring a guilloche inner square, tempered blue steel hands and painted Arabic numeral markers. The watch has a sapphire crystal. The crown is set with a faceted diamond, which attached to an adjustable folding clasp. The watch is water resistant at 30 metres.
