Cartier platinum diamond watch Art Deco` circa 1920, solid platinum case and band, set with 17 navette diamonds, 136 octagonal diamonds, 12 old-cut diamonds, total approx. 3.14ct, faceted glass, silver-plated dial with roman numerals and running black numerals. black numerals and surrounding minute track, blued hands, marked Cartier above, with France in the lower part, the lower left corner with a discoloration, the back with engraving and free engraving cartouche, the movement with ” Fab. Swisse F.W. & C. Co. Inc” marked Cal. 407/2, the rim engraved with 391882, with pallet lever escapement and elaborate winding system, movement running, link bracelet with folding clasp and safety chain, set with diamonds in navette and round stones, 42 x 14mm height 6.5mm, length approx. 16.5cm, total weight approx. 27.66g, in green box with gold print and Cartier inscription, probably from the period
