It is a chronograph that measures minutes and hours and includes the date at 6 o’clock. It has a 44mm stainless steel case and a Milanese stainless strap. The strap is easily adjusted without screws or tool. The crystal is sapphire and water resistance is 200m. The crown is screw-down and has the quick-set date function. The bezel rotates and the lume is very bright. I have the box and warranty card that is from 2024 (serial number is covered). I am almost certain the warranty is still valid. There is no manual but everything functions like a standard chronograph. There is a Grand Seiko model that is quite similar in appearance that sells for more than double this watch.
