Description: 1940s Hamilton D37 Fairchild Gun Timer Duo Dial WWII Bomb Timer Wristwatch. Timepiece is in overall great condition. Base metal case is nice, some light wear in keeping with age and usage. Original black dial is great. Manual wind movement is running, winds smoothly, and keeping time. Hack feature is functional. During the great war effort in the early 40s, one of the contributions from brands like Hamilton was retrofitting their duo-dial Seckron physicians’ wristwatches to be used as camera and bomber timers for precise bomb drops and photography timing.
