Back in the 80’s two giants in their own industries decided to form a collaboration, this brought the arrival of the Heuer Audi Sport. Heuer has always been a big part of motor sports so this was the ideal match for them. It is believed that each of the Audi SWB team members received a Heuer Audi Sport watch. With the rest being sold through Heuer Time UKs retail partner Preston’s of Bolton, for only around two months. The watch was released in two variations but with only subtle changes. The dial you see here is the rare version with only hour markers on the hour recorder. There are thought to have been less than 30 of this versions made, who knows how many have survived. The other variation which is much more common has hour and half hour markers. This example is in excellent condition that has been well cared for throughout its life. The case is sharp and is retaining its original definition. With a pristine matte black dial with the iconic Heuer and Audi logo in white.
