This model was introduced back in 1963. MOEDL / REFERENCE: Heuer Carrera 2447, serial number 69863. SPECIFICATIONS ; CONDITION REPORT; please refer to the high resolution pictures as they are in important part of the description. DIAL+HANDS: • Near mint, original dial with sunray fish and applied indexes. There are minor surface marks at the edge of the dial near the rehaut which you probably only going to notice when inspecting the dial with a loupe. Besides that, the dial is really in perfect condition. • Print: original and crisp • Hands: correct handset in excellent condition, retaining the original tritium lume. • Lume: The tritium lume dots are all present and intact. The lume on the dial and hands has developed a nice beige-brown hue. • Plexy crystal in good condition with minor surface marks CASE: 35.3 mm stainless steel case with minor signs of use consistent with the age of the watch. Lug -to-lug , the case measures 44 mm. CASEBACK: stainless steel caseback in excellen condition with all the correct engravings. . CROWN & PUSHERS: Heuer signed crown , pump pushers. The pusher at 4 o’clock shows some light damage on the surface of the cap. Crown and pushers operate flawlessly. MOVEMENT: manual wound Valjoux 72 movement in excellent condition. The movement has been inspected, runs strong and keeps good time. STRAP: black “racing” leather strap in good condition with vintage Heuer steel buckle. ACCESSORIES : Saffiano Leather watch roll.
