In the early 2000’s, the ‘AMVOX’ series, (an amalgam of Aston Martin & Jaeger LeCoultre’s Memovox ) was released as a collaborative effort between Jaeger LeCoultre and British car manufacturer, Aston Martin and featured numerous variations; a tourbillon and a special transponder tech-piece that meant you could open your Aston Martin Vanquish car door remotely – James Bond-style! Designed by Swiss engineer Francis Cretin, the AMVOX 2 Titanium features a vertical-trigger chronograph and articulated case design which is truly unique. By pressing the sapphire glass at 12 to start the chronograph and at 6 to stop the chronograph, there is no need for pushers in the usual place at 3 o’clock. At 9 o’clock there is a sliding, locking switch which protects the chronograph from being accidentally started. Released as 750 piece limited edition, the AMVOX 2 is supplied as a full set, with papers dated 2008. Supplied with our one year limited warranty.
