Seventeen genuine diamonds set in solid white gold casings mark the hours, and a subsidiary seconds dial with crosshairs is located just above the six o'clock position. The presentation box and papers are the original ones that came with the watch when it was first purchased. The leather box is signed "Product of Vacheron Constantin - LeCoultre" on the inside. It is in good condition with some light scuffs. The booklet contains the original guarantee certificate (not completed) and instructions for looking after the watch.
