A GENTLEMAN'S GERMAN MILITARY JUNGHANS J88 PILOTS CHRONOGRAPH WRIST WATCH CIRCA 1960s, TYPE 111 WITH GLOSS BLACK DIAL, MADE IN GERMANY Movement: Manual wind, signed Junghans 88, numbered. Case: Diameter approx. 38mm, nickel plated case top & bezel with steel screw back, issue markings Bundeseigentum 12-124-8591. Strap: Leather. CONDITION REPORT Dial: Original dial in excellent condition, showing some small signs of age. Movement: Running & functioning at present, timekeeping and accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Case: In excellent condition, with some small scratches due to use. Strap/Bracelet: In very good condition. Independent service paperwork from 2017.
