Lever movement with Bregue escapement, numbered 3584297, runs very well. Switzerland, circa 1900, very fine condition. Weight 88.3 g. Chain 333 yellow gold, snap hook 18 kt. yellow gold, spring ring (ø 20 mm) metal, 30 cm, 19.4 g.
