Patek Philippe, Reference 5270 This reference is launched in 2004 in BaselWorld and remained in production until circa 2011. Succeeding the line of perpetual calendar chronographs that began in 1941 with references 1518, 2499, 3970 and 5970, Ref. 5270 features a movement entirely designed and manufactured in-house, the calibre 29-535 PS Q. This entirely new design is the first perpetual calendar chronograph from Patek Philippe whose counters are not centred on the horizontal axis of the dial.
