The Aquanaut Travel Time, Ref. 5164, was launched in 2011; it is the first “complicated” Aquanaut model to be released by Patek Philippe. The watch features a dual time zone mechanism indicating local and home time with separate local and home day/night indications in apertures. The GMT hand is independently adjustable via the pushers on the left hand side of the case. The grey-black dial of the present Aquanaut is embossed, with applied gold numerals and painted luminescent hour markers. The date register at 6 o’clock has a subtle globe theme.
