The reference 1450, also known as the "Top Hat" model, is one of the most iconic rectangular designs that exemplified the fashion and style of the Art Deco period. Its dimensions are 18 mm by 25.6 mm with a thickness of 3.65 mm. It is constructed with 18 jewels, a bimetallic balance with over coiled spring-micrometer regulator, a straight-line lever escapement, a Gyromax balance, a self-compensating Bréguet balance spring, the seal of Genève quality mark, and a c ôtes de Genève decoration adorning the bridges and a perlage decoration covering some of the movement's internal plates. This caliber experienced some updates with the incorporation of the Gyromax balance. Moreover, a Bréguet overcoil hairspring later replaced the initial flat hairspring.
