This mechanism, created by watchmaker Louis Cottier to simultaneously determine the time in 24 different cities, was introduced on the Ref. 515 HU, launched in 1937. The center of the dial is decorated with a guilloché pattern inspired by historical models in the Patek Philippe Museum collection.
