Today's offering showcases this gorgeous ref. 3805 "TV shaped" Rolex from the Cellini Collection. It presents virtually like a new Cellini and is accompanied by its original box, booklets, and tags.
Rolex designed the Cellini to be the preeminent symbol of elegance and performance. A premier dress watch, this Cellini has an 18K gold case, striking wine colored vignette dial with 18K gold markers, and high-grade handwound caliber 1601 movement.
As a midsize mens watch it is well-suited for someone who doesn't have a large wrist.
It has all of its original parts and has just finished a true expertly done restoration. It presents as a 9.7 out of 10. Our photos couldn't do it justice.
Its case presents as mint. Despite what the photos seem to suggest the markings are still fully intact on the back. On the wrist it presents like new.
Its original Rolex dial has been meticulously custom refinished - the printing could pass as Rolex factory done to the naked eye.
A Master Watchmaker has just overhauled the movement. It continues to run very strong and true, keeping time essentially on par with a new Rolex in our testing recording position.
For the finishing touch, it has been equipped with a brand new leather strap and aftermarket Rolex style buckle making it ready for immediate enjoyment.
