Light to moderate scratching throughout. Fits up to an approximately 6.5 inch wrist. The clasp is earlier than the watch. It's an E clasp code dating to 1980. Heavy oxidation to the crown side of the case. Crystal. Normal for age of the watch. Wear to the dial in some spots, most notably on the Rolex signature. Lume plots at the hour markers have darkened and deteriorated. Fully missing at 1, 11, and 12 o'clock. The dial should say "Datejust" and not "Date" so is likely a swap that occurred at some point.
