Mirror glossy gilt caramel brown tropical dial that is absolutely stunning, almost perfect with no cracks at all. Some minor signs of natural aging but it is truly breathtaking. The zinc sulfide lume is intact so are the hands. Comes with the correct small arrow hand GMT hands as well
The Pepsi red back insert has beautifully aged as well with a nice blue jeans color and the red part changed to a very nice warm brown color that complements the dial beautifully
The case has been previously polished by the previous owner at some point in time. We kept it in its original state. The lugs are still very thick and sharp considering the age of course.
The 20mm oyster folded bracelet is in very good shape with minimal stretch. It is stamped 71. We can add an extra link or 2 at the buyer’s request.
All numbers on the case are perfectly visible and intact.
What’s even more unusual about this piece is that it comes with the original Rolex Coffin box and papers. Something extremely hard to come by these days
We also added a nice hand made vintage suede strap with the original vintage Rolex pin buckle
The movement has been serviced by our Rolex watchmaker who actually works for Rolex on 5th avenue in NYC for an amount of $1,100 USD in December 2024
In short this is truly an investment piece and something that might never show up for sale again
