Rolex Oyster Perpetual Precision 'Pre- Explorer' stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch, reference no. 6098, serial no. 725xxx, circa 1951, silvered dial with Arabic numerals, minute track with five minute divisions and centre seconds, cal. 775 18 jewel automatic movement, screw-down crown, 'bubble-back', 6635 expanding rivetted bracelet with folding clasp, dated '1.70', '57' end links, 35mm, Box and Papers - no box or papers. Movement - currently functioning. Dial - original dial with a stained patina consistent to the period - see images. Glass - good. Hands - good. Case - typical marks as expected - see images for full guidance. Crown - adjusts correctly. Bracelet - typical marks and wear as expected, the clasp is later dated 1970.
