Pre-owned Rolex Submariner ref 14060M (2000 - 2001) has a modified caliber 3130 Perpetual movement, hence the "M" at the end of the reference number. When ref. 14060 initially came to market in the 1990s, it was outfitted with the caliber 3000. Rolex upgraded the collection to the caliber 3130 just a few years later. Around the mid-2000s, the newer caliber 3130 movement became a certified chronometer, with four lines of text just above the 6-hour marker on those models.
