Serial Number: 1.5 million Reference: 52215 Housed within is the manual winding Universal Geneve caliber 281, a manufacture-grade movement known for its quality. Its original 14kt solid gold waterproof style case with screw-in back and round pushers, remains in a very good condition, showing minimal signs of wear. It measures 33.5mm in diameter, excluding the original crown. A notable caseback engraving commemorates William E. John’s victory at the 43rd NYAC (New York Athletic Club) 1956 Block Island regatta, adding unique historical value.
