Vacheron & Constantin Chronometre Royal 18K Yellow Gold Antique Open Face Pocket Watch - This is a rare, antique Chronometre Royal open face pocket watch from Vacheron & Constantin, crafted in 18k yellow gold. The Chronometre Royal was first registered in Switzerland in 1907 and was made to compete with Patek Philippe. This pocket watch features a white enamel dial with Roman numerals and a small seconds display at 6 o'clock, manual wind movement, inner cuvette engraved "Vacheron & Constantin Geneve", and engine turned case back with a vacant cartouche.
