Watch keeps accurate time, the inner bezel turns smoothly. The SST stands for: "Supersonic Transport". It is a Vietnam era pilot's watch that was produced for both U.S. pilots and civilians alike. It has some striking features, including an Supersonic jet on the back, and dial colored in black/grey to allow for quick deciphering between AM and PM times. The orange 24 hour inner rotating bezel provides a GMT function for tracking different time zones and resulted in the collector nickname "pumkin" for this model. The striking tone of orange isn't just for looks however.
