SAMSON London No. 11833 Mid 18th century Silver watch with double embossed case. Smooth interior casing. Exterior casing with embossed decoration representing an antique scene (wear). Enamel dial with polychrome center representing a lake scene, Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, railway timer. Mechanical movement with key winding, verge escapement, chiseled and pierced cock known as “continental”, spiral balance, fusee and chain, adjustment disc, signature on the plate. A silver metal bail chain with two charms.
